SPECIFICATIONS	RURAL & COMMERCIAL
Roof	Pitched at 10° Hi Tensile BLUESCOPE® roof sheeting 0.47mm thick (TCT).
Heights	Any height up to 6mt is standard with specific design possible above this requirements. Bay sizes can be as required up to 6 mtrs.
Widths	Bay sizes can be as required up to 6 mtrs.
Windows	Any dimensions or combinations as required.
Garage Doors	Roller Doors or roller shutters as required. Personal Door - pressed steel or RHS welded frame - fire door if required.
Wall Sheeting	Zincalume® or Colorbond® supplied by BLUESCOPE® steel Hi Tensile BLUESCOPE® wall sheeting 0.47mm thick (TCT).
Guttering Barge Caps & Downpipes	Zincalume® or Colorbond® supplied by BLUESCOPE® steel.
Fixings	Neoprene washers on all roof tek screws for better water protection. Wall teks colour coded to match the shed.
Portal Frame	Galvanised high tensile steel. Up to back to back 300mm "C" section as specified by the engineering which suits the application. Bolted bracket system at the knee and apex connections.
Slab	Designed to suit the application.
Connection Plates	Engineer designed brackets at the apex and the knee.
Anchorage	Dyna bolts, chemsets or cast in cages as required.
Roof Purlins & Wall Girts	120mm tophat or "Z" section as the engineering specifies to meet the applcation.
Bracing	Knee bracing and collar ties with struts in the 1st and last bay.
Special Features	Tailored to suit your requirement. Full range of accessories. Fire rated walls can be included in the design if required. Open on 1, 2 or 3 sides if required while still meeting wind load specifications.
