Gable Roof Carport Specifications

SPECIFICATIONS
 GABLE ROOF CARPORT
Roof
 10, 15, 20 or 25 degree roof pitch.
Trimdek or Custom Orb 0.47mm thick (TCT) in either Zincalume® or Colorbond® finish.
Roof sheeting is hi-tensile BLUESCOPE® steel sheeting.
Heights
Any height up to 6.0mt is standard with the capability to design high than this if needed.
Widths
Any span up to 12 m.

Guttering Barge Caps & Downpipes
Zincalume® or Colorbond® supplied by BLUESCOPE® steel.
Fixings
Neoprene washers on all roof tek screws for better water protection.
Portal Frame

Galvanised pre-punched C section for ease of installation.

Columns 75 x 75mm (standard up to 3.0mt high) Duragal finish with aluminium primed plates top & bottom for strength and stability.

Slab Can be dyna bolted to a slab or posts set into footings into the ground. If a slab is chosen, the slab dimension is 100mm wider and longer than the roof dimension.
Connection Plates
5mm laser cut connection brackets are used to bolt the "C" section frame together. 5mm laser cut plates welded to posts top and bottom.
Anchorage
16mm dyna bolts when fixing to a slab or posts cast into concrete footing if not.
Bracing  
All corner Bracing is 50 x 50 x 2mm angle and all galvanised.

We can tailor make or make adaptations for: wall brackets, post positions, footings or concrete slabs, existing pipes & structures and shadow walls.
